1. What is Satogler?
Satogler contains atorvastatin, and is used to lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood. It is also used to reduce the risk of heart disease.
2. Contraindications:
Do not take Satogler if:
• You are allergic to atorvastatin or any of the ingredients.
• You have liver problems.
• You are pregnant or breast-feeding.
Warnings: Consult your doctor if you have:
• History of muscle problems.
• Kidney or thyroid problems.
• Heavy alcohol consumption.
3. How to use:
• The usual dose is 10 mg daily.
• Swallow the tablet with water, and can be taken with or without food.
• Consult your doctor if you miss a dose or take an overdose.
. Possible side effects:
May include:
• Serious allergic reactions.
• Muscle pain and weakness (rhabdomyolysis).
• Digestive symptoms such as nausea and diarrhea.
If you experience any of these symptoms, stop taking the medicine and consult your doctor.
Note: It is recommended to monitor blood sugar levels during treatment, especially for diabetics.
